WHAT MATTERS MOST

Grounded in Family

At the heart of everything Pete does is his family. He’s a proud husband to Whitney, an elementary school teacher, and a devoted dad to their two redheaded boys, Finnegan and Declan.

Their home is filled with energy, laughter, and the occasional chaos brought on by their two dogs, Rogan and Tigger. While Pete has built a career around inspiring and challenging others, his greatest purpose is found in the everyday moments with his family—the foundation that fuels his mission to help others matter more.
